2006 SR5 sport sunroof wont close!

hey folk this is a bit of a long shot, but my sun roof wont close and I need some quick advice. I had pushed on the moulding to get it back in place and then cycled the window open then shut. there were some loud noises coming from the front at the full open and closed positions. I had read on another thread that you can reset these positions by running the cycle twice and then holding the button for 15 seconds. well I never got to the second cycle and now its stuck in the open position which, as you can imagine, is a bit of an issue in 20 degree weather. I'm going to go play with it but id really appreciate some help!:help:

Insert angelic voices here! I got it solved, I was working backwards, instead of trying to close the window I held the button in the full open position for what seemed like 20 seconds and listened close to the switch area and heard a couple of small noises.released the button and pushed towards closed, then it closed right up and stopped in the correct positions.
