2007 4run Rear Door Wont lock/unlock

Hi guys i've recently run into problems with the Left Rear Passenger door. When I hit unlock/lock on my starter or from the drivers side button;all doors EXCEPT the LR work. Everytime I want to unlock or lock the door I have to manually reach my hand back. Does anyone know what the name of the part is to fix this issue?

Power lock actuator, they are cheapest on e-bay. Some sellers even offer discounts on returning yours so they can rebuild them with new motors. I've replaced two on mine already. They take about 30mins to change out (if you know how to disassemble your door).
