2007 4runner lights, horn and blinkers work, but hazard will not work

My 2007 4Runner lights, horn and blinkers work, but hazards do not work. When I push the hazard button, there is no sound(click) and nothing happens. I have checked all the fuses under the driver console and all fuses under the hood. I noticed the hazard did not work when I got the warning light and when I went to check the lights, we pushed the hazard button to see which light had the problem. I replaced the left front bulb and now all blinkers work and the warning light went out, but the hazard button still does not work. Any suggestions.

I saw a few post but no answer yet.

Is the harness completely plugged into the button/switch? If it isn't clicked in completely the switch won't work.
