2007 4Runner Limited 18"x7.5" wheel question

I'm looking to replace Qty-1 aluminum wheel on my 4Runner Limited. I did some searching on this website and p/n 42611-35290 came up. I requested a quote from Olathe Toyota regarding this part number and was told this is a steel wheel??

Several Toyota parts warehouses show the cost of this 18" "alloy" wheel p/n 42611-35290 at around $160, yet the 16" and 17" alloy wheels are in the $350 range. something sound peculiar......

Can anyone confirm the 18"x7.5" wheel p/n 42611-35290 is in fact the aluminum alloy wheel with hyper silver finish?

Olathe Toyota? That's around my neck of the woods. Funny enough, my '04 V8 I bought 2 months ago used from Olathe Ford, their Ford counterpart.

Not sure what Olathe Toyota's price is, but Mid Atlantic Toyota has them listed on their website at $162 ea (plus S&H) and they have confirmed that is the correct p/n based on my VIN.

I'm thinking about just swapping out my scratched up rim with the spare. I'm assuming they're all identical.
