2007 4Runner won't start...

I noticed that my factory fog lights were not working and was told that the relay switch may be bad. I lifted the hood and took the relay switch out to call and get a replacement. After I put the relay switch back in and tried to crank the truck to go get the replacement, all I get when I turn the key is a clicking sound. The radio comes on, lights on the dash come on as normal and the rear wiper activates... any suggestions as to whats going on?

Think I seen something about these problems listed before. Possible battery is dead if I remember.
