I saw Riackashay do a headlight build on his thread but I dont think there was ever a build thread on it. Does anyone know of a build thread on building out new headlights with projectors or whatever? Not willing to trust lights from carid. Or would it be better to just get new led bulbs and clean and sand the glass? thoughts and experiences please.

If they're OEM toyota headlight housings, then polish them up. OEM housings will say Toyota on the back light gray plastic of the housing. Word on the street is OEM housings have better beam output and sealing against moisture. I sanded mine 600, 800, 1000, 2000, and am going to clear them with Spraymax 2k clear hopefully this weekend
If you do want to go the retrofit route, there are several kits available that you'll need to research. I'm not much help since I haven't done a retrufit, but this is a good thread here: Quad Retro (yes another), goodies start on page 3
