I have a question about wheel offset. I have searched for a little bit and seen some general thread about it, but I'd like to offer my specific scenario because this is one area I do not want to get wrong.
I have a 2007 Limited with the stock 18" rims. I want to step down to a 17" rim but do not know what backspacing I need. I am okay with the quick answer, but I also welcome more in depth explanations about the calculations so I can learn.
I plan to go with a 245/70R17 tire and I'm learning toward Goodyear Duratacs. I'm trying to keep the overall size the same.
