Behind on a few service things like gear oil. Realized my 10 yr old battery was just that. My wife has been grabbing me for trips out of state. So $400 later, gear oil in all 3, new True Start 74. and a 1-Water pump leaking--$583. Coolant Service $275, Brake fluid $110. PS Service $110. Are they over charging here?? Bought a 'baster' to do the brake fluid a while back. (it's sitting there next to the Denso plugs). yes, I have read up on the last two, and at 63 I am game to try a few things. Now should Water pumps be that worn out at 41K ??? [yes, retired, I don't use my truck that much] Service writer said it is just leaking now, once it warms up it may stop. I will keep an eye on the coolant tank. It must be buried under there. I did ask for the longer oil filter and they did. Still give that dealership a bad rating.
