I tried that . I was in my driveway, switched from h2 to h4 while in neutral and didnt do anything besides the blinking lights. Is there another step that im misssing?
Still no luck and extremely dissapointed in myself for not checking this over. I bought the car on Wednesday at the Toyota dealership "as is". The car is from what i can tell in great shape as it was serviced basically every 4k at the dealer.
Any idea as to what I can say to the dealership? I see this part runs people around 2k-3k. Im not to big on mechanics so I will have to find someone who can locate the actuator and tap it with a mallet.
