2008 4Runner - Possible Transmission Issue?

I have a 2008 4Runner with about 35k miles on it. Sometimes while siting at a light I feel a bump... no noise just a bump as if the gears were changing. I'm thinking it has to do with the transmission, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else faced this issue or is this something common with Toyota's? I bought it used at around 29k miles.

Hit that slip-yolk with some grease and all will be good. While you are there, hit all your U-joints.
