2008 Highlander

Wow...that dash sure makes my wife's Highlander look old!:(
That's cuz it IS old :D Seriously though, it came out in 2000 or 2001, right? Do you know if they updated the dash at all during it's 1st gen run?

Also, I noticed it's got much better 3rd row legroom then it used to, still cramped but it's almost 30 inches now (29.9 to be exact) Lots more then in my GX (24.9) and the T4R. While I can fit kids in the 3rd row it would be nice to have the option of squeezing in an adult on occassion.

Also noticed the Ltd and Sport versions come with 19" wheels std (17" on base model). Suddenly my 18" T4R Ltd wheels I added to my GX seem small :D

I noticed those teeny tiny left and right dials right above the shifter look similar to the ones in the new Land Cruiser. Look like seat warmer dials. That or ass massagers.

Nah, no major changes...they did add fake plastic aluminum trim to the base model.:(

I hate it when Toyota puts new mystery buttons on a new vehicle. Can anyone make out what this button next to the DAC button actually says?

SNOW?

SVJW?

I think it's the passenger side ejector seat button :D

It does look like "SNOW" though doesn't it? "Honey, quick - hit the "snow" button! I think I saw a snow flake hit the windshield" :awais:

Saw a couple out on the streets. ya know, it actually looks better than in pictures. Does have the RAV4 cues, but better proportioned.
