2008 T4R Limited - Replacement Stereo Head Unit

Howdy folks,

I'm looking for recommendations for a replacement head unit for my T4R. I'd like back-up camera capability, wireless Apple CarPlay, and the ability to turn the screen off, or at least dim it down quite dark for night driving. Budget up to $500.

So what have you all purchased that you'd recommend?

I just put in an old style Pioneer with bluetooth and it works great with my iPhone. I couldnt afford and double DIN unit with a screen and backup cam but if I could I'd go to Crutchfield and poke around. Put in your vehicle info and they'll have the exact installation kit and only show you units that are an exact fit. Sort multiple ways and see when people buy most vs highest rated, etc.
