2002 4Runner - Tilting new head unit up

I have not been able to find this answer, though I'm sure someone will say, "Sure, that's easy, do this.....". At least, that's what I'm hoping.

I have a 2002 4Runner that I replaced the head unit in a long time ago. The replacement had the ability to tilt upwards so that you actually had a decent view of the screen because it is set so low on the dash.

That unit died and my son replaced it, which I thought was fantastic that he did it on his own, however this one doesn't have any tilt mechanism at all, so looking at the screen is really off.

Has anyone found a good way to tilt up the screen without it looking too janky? I'm guessing I could get some longer screws and leave the bottom longer with some spacers and the top shorter and then tilt it that way. Not ideal at all though.

Would love some suggestions.

Thanks

You could probably shim/spacer the one side, but fitment might be off. Might have to shave down some of the trim, which might not look all that great.
