2009 T4R fog lights + daytime lamps question

Hello all! I'm a newbie from Anchorage, Alaska. I just bought a 2009 T4R with super low miles, and I love it so far aside from a couple issues. One issue is not having fog lights as daytime running lamps. I want the factory DRL's on, but with the fog lights as well. I've searched and come up with some solutions, but I'd like your advice on whether or not I'm on the right path to accomplish this.

I know that one of these has to accomplish what I'm after, which is basically just having the fogs come on automatically when the vehicle starts, and shut off when the vehicle is off. I just don't know for sure which relay/wiring path to take in order to accomplish it.

I went with JA's Independent use of Fog Light mod. Very simple to perform and all you have to do is leave your fog light switch turned on for DRL functionality. Lights will come on when the engine starts and turn off when the it stops. And in a pinch, you can always turn the fog lights off if need be.

You may have better reasons to go with one of the others, but this set up works well for me here in Florida, especially since I have driving lights, too.

I ran jumpers because I broke the tab off my relay the first time I tried to bend it.
