So what makes the 4th Generation Trail Edition so special anyways? I prefer the sport edition as it has the hood scoop and I really like by interior. Does the Trail Edition offer anything more then just the badge and funky looking head unit on the stereo?

Also, selectable ATRAC (like the FJ and TRD Offroad Tacoma) and water proof seats. It also came with Bilstein shocks like the Trail Teams editions FJs. The ATRAC and rear locker were the big draws for me.

ATRAC & Rear Locker make it bascially an FJ Cruiser in 4Runner's clothing.

That's a lot of miles for an 09, and the front seat sure shows it.
