2010 20in rims on stock 2006 SR5?

Hi everyone, Ive been lurking for a while with no posts. But i have an important question.. I have a stock 2006 SR5 4Runner, and want to know if the 2010 rims with Yokohama tires will fit my truck with no modifications? I plan on purchasing and putting them on this weekend and just want it to go as seemless as possible.
