2010 T4R TE Brake Issues Caliper Help!

T4R Group,

I started to hear a squeal from the front passenger side a couple of weeks ago, so I just replaced the front pads and rotors. However, I found that like many 4th Gen the pistons were rusted boot torn and very tight to the pads. My conclusion is to replace the front caliper to keep the pads from sticking to the rotor.
I bought this T4R used which spent it's life (45,000 miles) up north, so the calipers are kind of rusted. Currently, I have 58,228 miles on her.
Issue: I can't find any front calipers online (Other than OEM) and I saw that 4th Gen looks the same as mine. Could I use the Napa part SE 3263 for my 2010 TE?
Any other part numbers for front calipers would be helpful.
I found one on Amazon from at

What are the casting numbers per chance? You may try to see if you can match them up to 4th gen Sport calipers that way?

Rockauto has calipers...
2010 TOYOTA 4RUNNER Caliper

The Buying Guide says the calipers are 2010-2014.
Lookup of 2009 calipers shows different PNs
