Easy folks........maybe he is new. OP, you should really use the search function as tons of information is already on this forum about your subject. If you have specific questions feel free to start a new thread or post in a old one that is relevant. Now being in a good mood.

There are not "limitation" to lifting a KDSS equipment vehicle if you keep it the standard 3/2 or less lift and are not looking for long travel (there are not many long travel kits and you are not interested in them based on your question). Now onto lift. Depends on what you are going to do with the 4runner, your budget etc. I will let you search on your own but basic info you can do Spacer lifts, Non rebuildable shock lifts (OME, Bilstein, Toyota TRD Pro etc) or "high end" rebuildable units like the Radflo, Kind, Icon. Although I know new to nothing about your I would recommend a quality kit from OME or Toytec, better then spaces, won't need rebuilding in 20-60k miles and much cheaper then the "Racing" setup

Your welcome and thank you for searching before hand! Once you have it narrowed down there should be plenty of info/reviews here. I think I would look into the 5100's or OME first.

You might also look at the multitude of "Build" threads. There are usually several just on the first few pages. Which lift is best for you is so subjective I would hate to recommend a specific one. Also spend some time looking at the Lifted thread here.

I have the same 4Runner but I’m not sure that I have the heated seats unless I don’t know it? Where’s the switch?
