2011 4R tranny Shutters when shifting 1 to 2

My 4R is at the dealer right now because the transmission shutters when shifting from from first to second. Does anyone else have this problem ??
The tech was on the phone with a Toyota powertrain engineer for two hours
and they wanted to keep the vehicle overnight. Toyota is aware and has been tracking this problem with other 4Runners, it appears to be software related.If you drive it hard it shifts fine it only really does it when driving
casually. It did it everytime the tech stopped and started.They had him reflash the cpu and unhook the battery but he said it still does it. I know Toyota is currently looking into this problem.

I think there are other threads about this already.

Haven't taken mine to the dealer but definitely felt it. only when accelerating slowly, and especially noticeable when turning...

I have a 2011 with 7000 miles and have not felt this I haven't been underneathe it really myself but I had a 2010 double cab tacoma and they have a carrier bearing that just shimmies a bit when starting out if these have it that most likely the culprit. And if thats it it's normal.
