2011 moonroof problem

Just purchased a 2011 limited CPO. Moonroof was working fine until I used it with the engine off. Now it wont open and close without me holding the button. Has anyone encountered this problem??

Sounds like you need to reset your moonroof it the auto feature isn't working anymore. Do the driver/passenger windows work with the auto up/down feature?

Those are instructions for how to do it in a 4th gen, but I believe it's the same for 5th gen as well. Any Toyota car I've come across has had the same procedure.

The windows are working with the auto un and down. I will try it.
