Leaving here the 16th or 17th. Trouble is that we are doing a whole round robin around the State - looks like about 1200 miles just in CO alone including most of 'them' trails. There is no way in hell I'm doing switchbacks with it hanging off my butt. It would be a different story if we could have a base camp and then do the trails but we will be moving on to the next location. I'll climb up or down a mountain in the truck without much issue but I would be lying if those drops off don't give me major pause.

Drop the trailer at a camping spot on the 550 side, take Black Bear, then Imogene back and pickup the trailer. You definitely don't want to pull a trailer over those switchbacks.

Yeah, do what [MENTION=78273]Jeremy556[/MENTION] said. You would likely get stopped by multiple people on Black Bear if someone saw you hauling a trailer past the one way spot (the point where the trail becomes one way just before the stairs -- one way being down only!). You can base in Ouray and drop the trailer in town, head out to Black Bear in the morning; do lunch in Telluride; then take Imogene Pass back over. That'll be a full day of riding for you and you can spend the night at the Ouray KOA! Black Bear is the only trail I've done in the area that I wouldn't take my trailer down.

OK, got first video musicized, converted for web and uploaded. I think others will be plain unadorned and basically silent.
This is my second day of trails, and after watching the video many times I see that I could have driven a lot closer to the edge of the switchbacks (looks different from driver's seat) and didn't need to stop so much. Next time will be easier.

Here's some shots on Poughkeepsie at "the wall".....
Ben(Joneseyyy) and Will walked right up the right side
Dave(@limamike).... I can see in the pics and videos that Dave and I were offline too far to the left about 2-3 ft from where the others went up after us and why our rear diffs got hung up on that big rock sticking up and needed winched over it.
The 3rd and hardest way up the wall goes between the other 2 ways "the crack"
