Ok, i know I am slacking because I have paint on the way to color match my bumper, but I counted 18 total orders placed and so far I have seen pictures of only about 5 or 6 actual products. Logan gets a pass since he is working hard keeping all us safe, but he at least told us he got it.

Fortunately, I bolted up some new silver Billy's with Eibachs from toytec just prior to my bumper fit. I couldn't tell you if I had front end droop or spring settle. You can feel the weight of these bumpers for sure. You will need to beef it up in some fashion. Good luck!

Got the bumper on and the install was straight-forward. Everything lined up perfectly so thanks to Shrockworks for that!
Only thing I'd recommend is to itemize your install hardware BEFORE starting. I was missing several key bolts so I had to make a hardware store trip halfway through. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Mine got delivered a week or so ago, I can't remember. I have some pictures on my phone from my mom and girlfriend and I'll try and get those up here today. As soon as I go on leave I'm going to install it along with the lift which got delivered to my house on friday as well.
I promise as soon as it's all done I'll post up lots of pictures.

Looks great. Had the same problem with Hardware. I even inventoried them and at the end had a pile of left overs but had to run to the shop for some extra key bolts

Looks great there, even a little better than mine even. I abuse/use mine of course.
Seems like they always leave out all the key grade 8 hardware needed and give you a lot of extra what ever hardware.

That was my first thought..."this thing is too shiny. Needs some dirt on it"
They build one helluva bumper though.

Hokie, The bumper looks great. I am glad you all mentioned about the hardware, I will go thru and inventory my back tonight and make sure I have everything before I get started.
My paint should ship today or tomorrow so I hope to get it painted and mounted this weekend if all goes well, course I need to get my highlander struts/coils on first to make sure I don't put the front on the ground when I get it all bolted up.

Only other thing I'd recommend is having new/sharp 3/8" and 1/4" drill bits on hand.
Also, while I don't ever intend to throw the original bumper back on, if you drill out the spot welds on the center bumper support bracket, it leaves you with the option to go back to OEM in the future.
Other than that... easy peasy!

It's usually the bigger bolts that attach the bumper to the brackets that you get shorted on. Should be the grade 8 bolts.

Any chance you guys can remember what bolts were missing? I'd like to check and see if our hardware kit list is correct/incorrect, or if its just somebody sleeping while building the kits.

Yes I can't remember off the top of my head, but if I had the instructions in front of me I believe it's what @havingfun said. The large grade 8 bolts that connect the bumper to the bracket?

The main bits I was missing were the 3/8" x 3.25" bolts (think radiator clearance issue bolts) and some of the SAE 1/2" washers.
The hardware list itself seemed accurate and complete and if anything I ended up with a good amount of the smaller hardware leftover.

Just have to loosen the radiator, and shift, install the opposite direction.

Good call - didn't even think of that option! Ended up getting a 3.5" long bolt (all the hardware shop had) and cut it down to the perfect length after measuring. Worked perfect.
Just an FYI:
I went to SW to pick up a few things for my 5th gen Yesterday. I had to get two rear bumpers, and a set of rocker trim. I showed up and Mark and Justin were more than accommodating. Super classy guys down there run a very cool operation. I saw dozens of bumpers and sliders getting ready to ship and a hand full of some very cool rides.
I just wanted to post up an FYI since most customers will never be able to visit the SW facility or talk face to face with the guys that run it. I was impressed with what they had going on, and lengths they go to for quality control. I honestly understand the lead times a little more now.
I'm glad i made the purchase and i thought i should share.
SIDE NOTE: Rear bumper install this weekend.....
