2013 TE - Metallic clang from rear on bumps

I somewhat recently had an Icon Stage 1 installed on my TE and since then I've had a weird metallic clanging sound coming from the driver's side rear when I hit a crack in the road or pothole... pretty much anything that causes the wheel to drop and rebound.

I've taken it back to the suspension installer and the Toyota dealership and they can't find anything loose. I've checked all of the bolts and can't find any that needed tightening.

Does anyone have a clue what this could be? It's driving me nuts thinking that something important is loose back there when I've got a big Telluride trip coming up soon.

check the clamp that holds the KDSS line near the drivers side rear tire. My line was bouncing inside the clamp when I went over bumps. Took me a while to locate the cause of the noise. I put a little piece of rubber inside the clamp to keep it in place and from clanking.

I know the chain for my spare tire can clang around back there.

It's almost too heavy of a clang to be the chain if that makes any sense. It happens in a straight line(in addition to turning) when only the rear wheel drops, catches, and pops back up.

My mechanic thought it was that and tightened it back down but I'll recheck. Do you have a pic where you stuck the rubber?

I wrapped the robber around the part of line that goes through that clamp thing
