2014 SR5 no beeps when backing up.

Mine does not - I do not believe it is supposed to beep.

No I had no idea...Left of the steering wheel eh?

it is on the dash next to the 120 volt inverter switch. The switch is so you can turn it off if you are pulling a trailer or have a hitch rack on the back.

I do not believe there are any backup sensors in the 2014 SR5 and TE. There is definitely not any switch or button to the left of the steering wheel and I removed my rear bumper and there are definitely no sensors in there.

If you have a backup camera you have no audible sensors and vise versa.

So this is a new thing for "14 then? My "12 SR5 has both. Very happy to have both btw. Wasn't long before the beepers saved me when I took my eye off the backup cam for an instant.

I've got 4 switch blanks down in that area in my basic Trail Edition. No beep button. DAMN YOU PREMIUM EDITION!!!! :behindsofa:

shows that the backup camera is Standard on all models

it also shows that the front and rear parking assist sonar is only available and is Standard on the Limited

this also means you have both on the Limited...

This is correct. My Limited has sensors front and rear.

its great in the summertime, turned off in our winters up here since snow/ice always covers one of the dam sensor every day.

found this out back when I first got my LE, that feature pretty much was turned off until about march/april.

Yeah my 14' TE Premium does not have any backup sensors. The red back is all you need however!
