2015 Brake Caliper Help

So I am having to replace the front calipers on my 2015 4 runner due to having warped 2 sets of rotors in about 3 month. I replaced them back in december and all was good until about a month ago when the shake started to come back while braking and it's getting worse. None of the calipers are bleeding or are leaking but both front have rust on the inside of the piston of the caliber so I'm assuming (using that word lightly) that moisture has gotten in and ruined the seals on the inside of the piston. Anyways, I have come across something odd. The casting ID on mine now are a 14WB and I can't seem to find anywhere that can either sell them or even find them. I'm at a total loss on this one. Anyone know where I can get some? or something that matches up to them. I got the 14WA and the mounting holes on the caliper are too small (12mm) and I need them to be 14mm.

I'm almost wondering if the person before me tried to do a brake upgrade or soemthing and didn't follow through with it.

I've gone to the Toyota dealership and they were idiots and they can't look up by cast ID so that was a fail. And I'm not going to pay $410 a piece for them. They ones that had in stock were the cast ID 13WH
 
You warped rotors on 5th gen? Wow, that is rare. If that was 4th gen I'd believe it but for 2015 is unlikely. I suppose anything is possible. Call NAPA or Carquest and get pair of re-manufactured calipers. Those also come with lifetime warranty.

I am just going down the line of options that could be wrong. It’s not shaking while driving. Only while braking, which makes me believe all is well except calipers. Cv joints are solid, ball joints are solid. No play in the tire when off the ground. Any other items to check before going forward with new calipers if I can find the right ones?
 
5th gen calipers are sticking, but it isn’t as common as with the 4th gens. But it has happened.

Well first the stock rotors and pads. Or what I assume were the stock ones. Then switched to duralast gold GT pads and rotors. Both of which warped. But if I have a 15 and have 14wb, that makes me think something was upgraded.
 
Get rid of the Duralast and go with something decent. Went through 3 sets of rear rotors on my old 4th Gen and all 3 sets were out of round amd hit the E-brake. Screw that, went back to OEM rotors and never had a problem.

Really the only reason I’m going with duralast is I get them heavily discounted through my top tier commercial account through autozone. But I am now starting to agree I should go with something else.
