If you are talking "3rd gen Tacoma" then I am assuming yes. I have a pair of front struts and coils from a 2016 Tacoma my buddy gave me that I will be installing on my 4th gen. From my research it should fit just fine, being that the 2nd gen Tacoma front springs fit our 4th gen 4runners and the 2nd gen Tacoma guys use the 3rd gen springs to lift their Tacomas 1 inch.
So if the swapping our 4runner springs with 2nd gen Tacoma springs gives 1 inch of lift, and the 3rd gen Tacoma springs give the 2nd gen Tacomas 1 inch of lift, that should mean using the 3rd gen Tacoma springs will give our 4th gen 4runners a 2 inch lift.
That's my conclusions from it and why I am going to use them. Hope that's not confusing haha.
