2016 goes, 2018 comes

My 2016 SR5 was stolen few days ago, with insurance money I just ordered 2018 Limited.
As google search result, I realized 4runner is the most stolen vehicle in Canada and most of them are shipped to Africa when they are stolen. I hope my SR5 will meet a nice buyer there and stay strong for it's rest of life.

Thing is, half the time a car is stolen you don't want it back. Have heard lots of interesting stories about that over the years. Parts missing, wires hacked, half smoked blunts (or much worse) littering the interior, and those are usually the good stories where the car is still in one piece mostly and didn't get wrecked and totaled out. A professional ring would probably treat the car better for resale value but I would not want to chase those guys down and I have doubts about how much help the police would be in doing so either.

Right out of your driveway or where was this thing ? I presume they got to a set of your keys? Or where has this vehicle been for service lately? Just curious, and hopefully I don't live near you LoL. Just kidding :spy:

Sorry to hear about the loss of your rig. I had a vehicle stolen in early 1980's. I will forever remember walking out in the morning to go to work and seeing the empty space. This was Los Angeles and cops only sent me a post card to document the details.

This does give you a chance to try the Limited and that is a positive.
