2017 Limited FOG LIGHTS

Looking to replace the fog lights in my 2017 Limited.

Is there a different year of 4Runner, Tacoma or Tundra with FOG lights that are much brighter and interchangeable?

yes the 2020 plus LED fog lights are plug n play or go aftermarket.

2020 Plus LED from which vehicle specifically? Tundra? Tacoma? Runner? Or they all the same? Part #?

4runner 20 or 21 plus not 100% sure of the year it went to LED but they're are direct plug n play fit.

Another option is to change out the fog bulbs. I recall finding a post here where the OE bulbs are maybe 45 or 55 w, and there is a bulb with a very similar footprint that is 65w. You have to do a little trimming on the disc the bulb is mounted to, but otherwise works fine. I did mine with a small die grinder, a dremel should work.

Made a big difference for me and just cost me a pair of halogen bulbs and some time with a grinder.

I tried this upgrade and while it was an improvement over the stock bulbs, it wasn't as good as LED bulbs. I ended up going with LASFIT LED foglight bulbs and they are amazing! This is in our 2018 Limited.
