Are they compatible and be a direct bolt up? I have a 2014 sr5 with no running boards and my wife wants them. He wants $225. Is that a fair price? Do you think they will look good on the rig, they are black.
I think they’d fit. The 4runner hasn’t changed since then (as long as you don’t have a limited model). I just bought a pair for $180 (they were brand new on a truck for less than a week). Just to give you an idea. Maybe make the person an offer and see what they say. Odds are they just want to get rid of them.

I bought used oem 2017 sr5 running boards on my 2015 sr5. They look and fit perfect. I paid $120 for the running boards and hardware. I think $225 is kinda high for used running boards. Found mine on craigslist.
