2018 sr5 rear window fob activation

I assumed that the rear window key fob roll down function was standard. I had it on my 2003 SR5. A friend of mine purchased a trail edition a few weeks ago and he has it on his. What do you guys think? See if the dealer can add this function onto my vehicle? Any other options i’m Not thinking of?

2nd question: in previous years, key fobs could be reprogrammed to roll down all windows (minus rear) by clicking unlock and then holding it down. Does anyone know if this is still viable?

I hate this as well, I had this feature on my 03 and my 08, got very used to it when I was carrying groceries or bags of dog food just being able to lower the rear window and throw whatever I had in my hand in the back. Definitely was mad when I realized my brand new 40K truck didn't do it...
