No, they needed to get rid of some chrome since they knew people swap them out immediately for the TRD grille anyway

WELL the TRDORP is probably the best bet now, it has all 3 of those things without the 3rd row!
The TFL video had a red OR Premium and it wasn’t automatic climate control.

Different options in Canada is common. The TRD Pro had a sunroof for years before the US got it.
Yes but climate control? C'mon I'd hate to have to source one in Canada just for climate control...
Honda is just as bad. The top tier Ridgeline in Canada gets auto folding mirrors, turn signal indicators on the mirrors, ventilated seats, and AC controls for the rear passengers. The US version gets none of that.
As far as buying in Canada and living here, at least for Honda, US dealers won’t honor any warranties on a Canadian vehicle.

Watched the video again, and I don't want to jump to conclusions about the dual climate control yet; it could very much be a basic, non premium TRDOR being reviewed, with no mention of KDSS to boot. If this is a production model, if we look at the differences between the TRDOR and TRDORP in previous years, it could definitely be a case of a difference in trims. Time will tell though, I hope we get it one way or another.
I’m assuming it was the premium because it had the turn signals in the mirrors.
I know... I'm just in denial at this point.

There's the nail in the coffin.
I'm hoping the new head unit is easily retrofittable and not overly expensive to retrofit, but I'm going to hold out regardless... the current head unit took YEARS for Toyota to work out the random reboot bug problems, so I wouldn't volunteer for that grenade out of the gate.
