I would imagine someone like @oldred … but in looking at it, Android/Carplay would be only reason to do it and sounds like it would be SUPER expensive even if it can be done because you'd have to buy the head unit part and I would expect that to be many thousands as an OE part.
Personally, the bigger screen on the '20 model is not important to me and I actually like the config of head unit and surrounding button in my '18 pro. I don't personally care to integrate my phone to the deck as I have a nice Ram mount setup right next to the deck and prefer the large Galaxy Note screen to run nav if I ever really need it which is rare.
So larger screen and phone integration aside, the only other reason I see to do this would be possible audio quality enhancement. This actually is very important to me so I spent a couple grand on the OE+ Audio system (separate whole thread on that) which integrates to the OE stereo adding a DSP amp setup tuned to the rig and better speakers all around including sub with dedicated amp. It goes without saying that is no comparison to stock pre '19 pro trashy speakers but also put the OE+ setup in my buddy's Tundra with the premium JBL setup and the OE+ setup easily eclipses the JBL in clarity and performance as well. The '20 head unit supports Hidef audio sources apparently but then again, I listen to mine with a A&K Flac player through Aux port whose DAC's I'm certain put anything integrated into a Toyota head unit to shame. For audio pure-ists this would be the closest thing to turning your rig into a sound booth.
Realize phone integration is more important to many others here but can't imagine paying huge $$$ for the part to achieve that and would rather make that investment myself as I did toward awesome sound which I enjoy every day I drive.
