$52k for a rear e-locker and manual tcase shifter? Lol. Get an SR5 4x4 for $40k and do OEM audio, lift, wheels and a magnuson blower for $52k and get a rear locker later in that will work on 2hi if you want it to.

The wiring for any Toyota with the "real" Toyota E-locker, can be modified so it works in 2hi, or 4hi, in addition to 4lo.

The ‘22 brochure and the build site (glitches and all) make it seem like the Smart Key System is going to be standard across all trims.

If so, I’ll skip the ORP and just get the OR. Anyone have any insight?

I'm strongly considering trading in my 2020 ORP for a 2022 ORP in Army Green.

I really hope that front bumper is just a mistake, because I won't be able to use my lo-profile bumper with the limited front end. Not to mention, the limited front end is hideous.

What I would also like to know is where they decided to place the BSM sensor.

If they put it in the rear bumper like the Tacoma and Tundra, that's gonna be a deal breaker - means none of the existing aftermarket bumper options are gonna work.

Those two trucks have already had such a difficult time with trying to integrate BSM with their bumpers.

Eh, I mean they’re nice to have but not a deal breaker for me. I’d mainly be getting the ORP for the smart key system. But if I can save a couple of grand and get what I want I figure why not?

I think the website pics are a mistake. When I did compare models on website the Premium showed the normal 33 departure angle and the Sport showed 30 degree angle on the specs.

Will be putting $500 down this week on a ORP. I hope the dealer is allocated.
