2024 inventories dwindling

I noticed as Toyota halts production on the 2024 4R and retools for the 2025 that dealer inventories in my area are for new 2024 T4r's are dwindling to almost nothing. I picked up a 2024 ORP W/KDSS in March and glad I did.Seems like people are snatching up the remaining 2024's because the 2025's will be more $$ and reliability is not proven yet.I had a 2020 ORP that I traded and it had some issues that are non existent in the 2024.

Different regions and dealers will all have a different allocation.

Per toyota:

Tahara plant in Japan and will arrive in the U.S. at the end of 2024.

Factor in 30 days at sea with no interruptions, I would speculate that most of the US 5th gen 4Runners are already here and getting port installations as parts are available. With the last of them arriving Aug-Oct
