22re idle surge

I just bought a 1987 4runner with a rebuilt 22re. It was running and idling fine. I decided to remove the throttle body and clean it out with carb cleaner. Once I installed it back the truck runs greats but has high idle (1300-1500), press the brakes and it surges. Any idea why this would be doing this after cleaning the tb? Brake booster is full and it is full of coolant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check for vacuum leaks.

I checked for vac. Leaks today but was unable to find any. I pulled the codes and got #7 & #10. One of them was the TPS. I will be checking it next.

The high (out of spec) idle is causing the brake surge.
Correct the problem causing the high idle and get it in spec, and the brake surge will go away.

I am guessing the TPS code might be the problem for the high idle. Going to get checked and adjusted this weekend and hopefully that will fix the problem. Thanks for the response ill keep y'all updated
