22re idle

Low idle when cold, almost to the point of shutting down, high idle when warmed up. Sound familiar?? Im just and old dude trying to get familiar with this fuel injection stuff. Carbs I learned about long ago. Thanks for any response.

Take care of basic stuff first.
For any temperature-related problems, all temp senders, including their mounting threads and wiring, need to be cleaned at least once every 25 years . Clean down to bare, shiny metal and test according to FSM.

Did mine at 30 years and fixed my hard starts and rough cold idle.
We must not forget the thread for CSI timer switch because that's where it gets its ground.

Cool.
And when you're one with the basic cleaning, also check timing and idle. My idle hunted when I exited the freeway and stopped with AC on. It went way after I did adjusted idle and timing advance.
