Hey what's up guys?

So I've been thinking of getting some new wheels and tires on my 02 with stock suspension but I'm a bit worried that I might rub. My plans are to swap out the rims and get the 5th gen trail edition wheels and some bfg ta ko2 in 265/70/16... They should run me 31.6" according to tire rack but I'm afraid that they might rub, specially from what I've been reading on here. It's kind of a hit or miss, some guys rub and some don't.

Well anyways, does anyone currently run this size tires on a stock suspension?

And also, should I just stick with running 265/75/16? I think they're about the same size as the 265/70/17 right?

Does anyone have any recommendations, I don't really want to get a lift yet...

Both of those tire sizes came in at 31" diameter.... I found this site just yesterday and really like it
Be sure to click on both tires to get exact measurement (I didn't do that)

When my '02 was stock, I had very slight rubbing on the pinch weld plastic cover with 265/75/16's, which are the same size as the 265/70/17's.

In my opinion, it was worth it, because the tires looked so much better than the stock size. Of course, now they look small again since its lifted...

I have Tundra/Sequoia wheels on mine. 265/70/17 Cooper Discoverer AT3. After my SS1.2 they do look slightly small. No rubbing.
