275/70 tire rubbing, INFO for you

Just sharing my experience thus far.
I have NEW FJ springs in front plus 2.0 lift spacer and 1.25 wheel spacers
I have the Light racing/SPC UCA set to the +3 caster w/ caster set to 4.2 with lower adjustment.
I have NEW BF Goodrich TA KO2 275/70/17
My wheels are 17x8 and +10 offset (I think factory ones were 17x7.5 +30)

At almost full turn to full turn they rub. I had to remove mud flaps to fix the rear rubbing, they only rub front now.

I am going to adjust my UCA Balljoints to the +4 caster (will put me at 5.2 until I go to shop for alignment) I will have the shop adjust lowers to get +4 again and see what happens.
I am basically moving the top backwards, then having the shop move the lower backwards, which is moving the wheel back in the wheel well.

I know part of my problem is the squareness of these specific tires.

Well I have to trim. Couldn't get it aligned out. My specs are +4 caster, -5 camber

Nice choice in tire size. I went with the same setup but with stock wheels. I'm on the Daystar 2.5" front, rear leveling kit. I have Spidertrax 1.25" spacers and only had to do the cab mount chop and push the fender liner forward. Sorry i don't remember the alignment specs

My Setup:
Full TRD Pro Suspension Swap
Toytec 3/4" front level
BFG K02 275/70/17
OEM TRD Pro Wheels 17x7 4mm offset
SPC UCA caster @ 0° default setting, Camber fully outwards
Aligned by cams to 3.7°/3.8° caster (L/R)

Removed mud flaps and moved the splash guards about 1" forward. Haven't have any rubbing at all.

My setup is in my sig. I rubbed the front well, just pushed it forward. After my alignment I am just barely rubbing the hump on the mud flap in reverse full lock. Not enough to make me want to lose the flap. Might mold it a little with a heat gun.

There are 3 screws on the underside of the front well/bumper that hold it in place. Undo the screws, and push the liner forward a couple inches. Using a driver, reseat the screws to hold the liner in place.

The corner lip of the bumper may rub too, so if you take a razor to it, it'll do the trick. It's a dark pic, but if you look at this and compare it to yours, you'll see what I did.

Ok. I already trimmed a bunch out so.... at least accessing fog light is easy
