285/70/16's?

I have a 1999 4runner SR5 with the factory 'tall' springs and I've been looking at the Toyo Open Country MTs in the 285/70r16's. Will these fit with no mods? I've searched and searched but there's not much on the 285/70 size. I found out they should fit a tacoma but how about a 4runner? I know that 265/75's and 275/70's will fit a stock 4runner and the 285/70's are practically the same diameter as the 265/75's but just 20mm wider. Any advise is much appreciated

They'll more than likely fit. My 275/70R16s have a good bit of room on my 96
