285/75/16 vs 285/70/17 vs 255/85/16

Alright, I currently have 265/75/16 Cs and looking to upgrade. Also looking forward to the Amazon sale possibly happening soon with bfgs MTs. Now 255/85/16 would be my first choice but those are Es. I know 285/70/17 come in Ds which is a little bit softer. Or is it just best to go with the standard 285/75/16s? Pros/ cons about each size. In all honestly this rig sees 1% of its milage on dirt but I want a cool looking tire and I might be getting a second rig to take dd duties off of this one somewhat.

If you're not going to daily your 4Runner, I think the 255s in LR E are about perfect on these rigs.

I doubt it's real since the guy who posted up about it got banned for being a repeated liar...but if it is, I'll be the proud new owner of some 34x10.5x17 KO2s...
