2in lift. Diff drop yes or no?

I just got a 2in lift for my 3rd gen. Spacers for the front and shocks and coil springs for the rear. I also have the diff drop bolts but I would like a little clearance. I know thats bad on the CV joints and boots but was wondering what you guys thought if its only a 2in lift. Thanks guys.

Yeah I just wanted to see if anyone has done it and hear their opinions.

Diff drops are never required but its a good idea to do one above 2.5 inches of lift.
