2in1 LED DRL Fogs

its fairly easy to install using the provided Toyota instructions and youtube video, so I can't imagine it being difficult for a Toyota dealer to install. Although they might charge you a arm and a leg to do it.

I was able to install it in about a hour with only a screwdriver and a rachet set. The kit comes with everything you need, including a self-tap for the wiring harness

Does anyone know the color temp on the actual fog light? How close are they to 5000k? I'm trying to keep all lights to 5000k as possible.
For you folks that want white and stay stock style bulbs, look into the Philips Diamond Vision bulbs at 5000k temp. They looks great! Especially in the projectors. Crisp and white! For the DRL, they do run more of the stock orange-ish color but burn nice and white as high beams at 5000k. Not sure why this is?? What I don't like in the high beam location is that you have a blue reflection when off within the housing due to the blue bulb glass. (Not the case in the projector) Some might find this cool but I'd rather a clean reflector look. I'll probably find a LED to go into the high beam location that burns 5000k at High and DRL without flickering. I think this will take care of the blue reflection as well.

Old post I know, but I have the Toyota LED DRL fog combo and they are pretty close to 5000k if not spot on. My LED hi/lo beams match about as perfectly as I could want. I prefer 4500-5000k- crisp white with no blue tint; now trying to find other exterior bulbs (brighter reverse lights and plate illuminator) in 5000k

My local dealer had them in stock and installed them at a discount that was owed to me. Glad I didn't have to tackle installing them- it took even the yota service techs a little while longer to get it done than they thought.

Why am I just now learning about this?
Looks awesome but seems so close to being able to rewire the DRLs to operate off the original switch on blinker
