For the money, the gain is minimal. Save your money for a 3.4 engine swap.

Northwest Offroad has some excellent headers, too. Pricey as well, as are any for the 3.0.

Headers are gonna run you about $900 before even installing them. Make sure your exhaust is free flowing as it can be. I recently found out that my cat was clogged.
keep in mind that since you have a 2wd, your engine swap choices would be pretty good if you ever decided to go that route. A small block V8 with an AOD would be my choice!
