2nd Gen ''PlastiDipped" Black on Black

Ive heard alot of talk about the plasti-dip in a can so i gave it a try. I was told it is durable and last but can be pealed off. I did the rear side bumpers and also removed the factory chrome flares and sprayed those as well. I taped off the quarter panels just in case but there didnt seem to be any over spray like a regular aresol can would have. I may do the front bumper, mirrors and handles next.

Durable? I'd say temporarily... somewhat resilient if it's really on there thick. Clings to dirt a lot. If you splash mud on them, good luck getting that clean again.

I did my flares with plastidip about 2 years ago. Clear coat really helped them stay clean, but they're all torn up and have been for some time.

Removable is always a plus though, and it's cheap.

Definitely, as long as you smooth them out prior to spraying them. Make sure to do a couple extra coats so that they'll hold on better. When spraying also move your vehicle maybe a foot forward (halfway through the process) or something so you can evenly spray in all the areas.
