hey ive got a couple of 2nd gens i rescued from the crusher, taking the engine out of the 2wd and installing in 4wd..both units pretty rough. no paperwork with them so me and a buddy are gonna build a low buck off road buggy!..we will see how it does against my tricked out rhino!

dude nice, now i wanna hear about your 4wd conversion.. what made you wanna do ifs over solid axle?

I love to off road but didnt want to risk giving up my 4runner, something else i love. So i set some money aside and did ALOT of research and found out every thing should work so I got a tranny/t-case ($250), whole front drive-train ($200) and wire harness and ECU ($50) and did all the work myself saved a lot of $$$ on craigslist. Now she works perfect. I will do a SAS as soon as i get some more money up but for now its good enough.

Nice looking 4runner ChucktownFalcon, mines got the same wheels and tires and hubs but its lacking the brush guard or bull/roo bar as we call them back home.

haha thanks yeah i work at the jet ski rental place on the beach thanks man just washed it and cleaned it up that day
