2WD LOCKER questions!!

oh hell yeah! just went up to a nice spot we have here on hawaii..
LSD works great!
still amazes me to this day.. and to all my buddies who dont believe how far 2wd can get without any assistance.

only thing i have to deal with now is rear axle seal went out again..
so im leaking diff oil everywhere haha
but not because of the truetrac, just the common infamous rear axle seal.

Hey man if you dont mind me asking how much did your trutrac run(installed yourself or shop?) you and where did you order from? Thanks! glad im not the only 2wd wanting to do this. However it currently wouldnt be to advantageous for me... maybe in a month or so

The truetrac was just a little over 400 shipped from east coast gear supply. Super chill dude works there and was recommended by this forum as well.
His name is chase I believe.

Install was all done by me except the back lash setting. I found it much more safer and for the peace of mind took it to my friends shop to have it set in and set up for me. Luckily only cost me a few beers together haha. But I've heard shops don't charge much to do it anyway. Just make sure the shop you choose is reputable and don't skip steps like loctite on the bolts that mount the truetrac to the diff inside.
But other then that pretty easy and straight forward install

Even if I didn't off road much which I don't it's very beneficial to have.
Overall driving experience improved and to know that there's a lot more **** I can climb and get out off is worth every penny
