I just replaced my trans mount and was wondering about the center bolt that holds the two plates together. Am i suppose to tighten it as tight as i can get it or dose it just float there and just finger tight? it seems if i tighten it to much then it will make the two brackets touch and posable rip off the rubber thats bonded to the mettle. Thank you guys

Hello guys, I was wondering if anyone knows how I can tell if my trans mount is bad. there is a flat round piece that is dropped down below the mount about a 1.5'' in this pic the mount is upside down but the center round piece is dropped down about an 1.5'' it doesnt look right to me. Anyone else look like the pic when installed or is your center circle dropped down below the mount also?
