3.0 Injector rebuild questions to the group

I have an internal short on my #4 injector. While reading up on injector rebuilds - the companies that rebuild them only service the mechanical issues and seals not the internal coils . Therefor I must replace the troubled injector and all his buddies while I am in there again?

Most auto parts stores sell injectors. The place around me sells them for $30 a piece after core.
