3.4 swap evap question

I bought a 92 with the 3.4 swap. I have had to do some fine tuning and clean up of the work that was done but the basic swap work is solid, just apparently wasn't a detail guy. Toughest thing so far was a cel, I had to change the pinouts of the obd2 port as he had the wrong protocol. Now I'm working on the evap sensor code. Anyone with any insight if the 3.0 system is compatable with the 3.4 ecm. I haven't checked canister, sensor, etc as I want to see if it's worth my time to diagnose something that isnt compatable. I have no idea, but you could get a FSMs for the 3.0 and 3.4 and compare them.
