So I had these codes pop up today on my 2000 4runner:
P0141- 02 sensor heater circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0135- 02 sensor heater circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0125- Insufficient Coolant Temp for Closed Loop
I don't see any abnormalities in the 4runner's performance. I replaced the Bank 1 Sensor 1 02 sensor half a year ago so it's weird that it's code would show up. Also, I ran a diagnostic on it and it passed. 02 sensor 2 failed when I ran a diagnostic on it. The engine is running fine and the heat is working, the temperature looks normal.
Also, this seemed to happen randomly after I changed my manual transmission fluid.
Based on what I've read on here I'm thinking that either the thermostat is stuck or broken or the Bank 2 Sensor 2 needs replacing. What do you guys think?
